The Consultancy offers a total conservation treatment involving washing
and the provision of a stitched support along with a means
of safe re-hanging. A specific technique has been developed
using a polypropolene fabric to provide a full structural
support. This method also allows the Consultancy to offer
a basic, essential conservation treatment if there is a limited
budget.
